About 30 miles, almost entirely on car-free multi-use trails.
This ~30 mile loop ride explores both the Delaware & Raritan and Delaware & Lehigh trails in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Our group of 40 riders will traverse a mostly flat route through quaint riverside towns with brief stops at historic sites, including Washington Crossing!
Bring yourself and your bike (and helmet!) and you’re good to go! A lunch stop is included, and we’ll have mechanics along the way if you need it.
First time taking rail to trail? No problem! For riders taking SEPTA to the start, we’ll meet you at 30th St. Station to travel together (select this when purchasing your ticket). Or, drive your own vehicle to begin the ride at the Yardley SEPTA station. The ride will begin and end here.
This is a digital trip guide for someone interested in exploring a curated Bikeout experience as a self-guided trip on their own. Our Guide provides you with a map of points of interest, turn-by-turn directions, accommodation recommendations, a sample itinerary, exclusive partner discounts and other resources so that you'll spend less time planning and more time focusing on having a great time on your bike!
This ride begins at the Yardley SEPTA station and follows the Delaware & Raritan Canal Towpath. There will be a lunch stop in Stockton, New Jersey before crossing Bridge Street into Pennsylvania, where we’ll loop around and return on the Delaware Canal Towpath. We’ll cross the Scudders Falls Bridge back into New Jersey before returning to the Yardley station. From there, riders will either ride the train back to Center City Philadelphia, or retrieve their car.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
